I write many letters for a variety of opportunities (e.g., graduate school, internships, REUs, study abroad, etc.). I strive to do this in an equitable, high quality way to help all individuals achieve their goals.

I ask that you submit a separate form for each opportunity, but you do not need to submit your resume/CV more than once.

  • A description of the opportunity (e.g., a short paragraph describing the program and/or a link to the program’s website)

  • Information about the deadlines and how I submit the letter

  • Optional materials such as personal statements or other application materials (drafts are perfectly acceptable)
